options to fund your dream home

Various ways to fund your project with DB Design

At DB Design we break your project into two packages; Product and Design, and Labor.  Many of our clients cash flow their own projects, some have outside financing, and others work with our association at GreenSky.

The Product and Design will be paid with an initial Design Retainer (depending on the project), 50% due when signing, and the balance due when the products are expected to leave the factory.  The Labor portion will vary depending on the project, but it is typically 10% due at signing, 20% due at start, 30% due upon completion of demolition and mechanical rough-in, 30% due upon installation of cabinets, balance due upon completion.

Options

  • Cash Flow your own project. We can customize installment draws to meet your needs.

  • Your own bank financing with a tradition installment loan, line of credit, or construction loan.  We will work with you and your bank on draw requirements.
