Home Financing Options

At DB Design, we break your project into two packages: Product and Design, and Labor. Many of our clients utilize home renovation loans to finance their own projects, while others have outside financing options.  

The Product and Design will be paid with an initial Design Retainer (depending on the project), with 50% due when signing and the balance due when the products are expected to leave the factory. For those seeking kitchen design funding, we ensure that the Labor portion varies depending on the project. Typically, this amounts to 10% due at signing, 20% due at start, 30% due upon completion of demolition and mechanical rough-in, 30% due upon installation of cabinets, and the balance due upon completion.
